Shipping Information:
Shipping charges within the 48 contiguous states are
included in our prices and our standard service is to ship via UPS Ground
within 2 business days of receiving your payment, though other shipping
options may be on used occasion.
Delivery times will vary with location, but 7-10 days is a reasonable
expectation. If you need a speedier delivery time please contact us for
options. (Extra charges may apply).
If you have elected to have your product monogrammed please allow a
further 10 days for shipping.
All "Luxury" products are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses (resulting in an item being
returned to the shipper) will incur a shipping fee charge to the customer.
Shipping charges will be incurred for orders shipped to Alaska
or Hawaii.
If you require a product to be shipped to a location outside of the USA,
please contact us for details.
Exchanges and Returns:
At Dog Beds R Us.com we aim to offer 100% customer satisfaction.
If the product is not received in perfect condition, please contact us
immediately upon taking delivery so that we may initiate a replacement.
If for any other reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may
return or exchange it provided you contact us within 5 business days of taking delivery and provided it is
returned undamaged and in re-saleable condition. Simply e-mail or call us
detailing the problem and we will issue you with instructions on how to
proceed.

If you do choose to return or exchange your product you will generally be responsible for all return shipping charges and must provide tracking options and proof of delivery. In addition, you may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 15% before any credit is made.

undelivered returns and therefore recommend you insure the product for its
full value.
