What size should I choose?
If in doubt it is always better to buy a larger rather than a
smaller size. Some of our products come with a maximum weight designation, but
measuring your pet is also advised. Before purchasing any dog bed we recommend
measuring your pet from nose to rump while they are lying down. Then add from
8” to 10” and consult the product dimensions given on each ordering page to
select your size.
How is the product shipped and when can I expect delivery?
Our standard service is to ship via UPS Ground within 2
business days of receiving your payment, though other shipping options may be
used on occasion. Delivery times will vary with location, but 7-10 days is a reasonable expectation. If you need a
speedier delivery time please contact us for options. (Extra charges may
apply). If you have elected to have your dog bed or dog car seat
monogrammed, please allow a further 10 days for shipping. All "Luxury" items are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Do you have a Returns Policy?
At Dog Beds R Us.com we aim to offer 100% customer satisfaction. If the
product is not received in perfect condition, please contact us immediately
upon taking delivery so that we may initiate a replacement. If for any other
reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return or exchange it
within 21 days of taking delivery, provided it is returned undamaged and in
re-saleable condition.
